Problem
The retailer runs its shops on Retail Express. Every online order had to land in the POS with its payment and be fulfilled from the store best placed to ship it.

Approach
I built the Retail Express integration for catalog, orders, payments and gift cards, using queues so a slow POS response never blocks checkout, and customised the checkout and order routing.

Outcome
Products sync from Retail Express, orders and payments flow back automatically, and each order goes to a store based on configurable state priorities.
