01
Problem
Fitness instructors and clubs around the world buy program releases and training through one portal. Each customer needs their own product list, each region pays in its own currency, and many customers buy through automatic repeat orders (Autoship).
02
Approach
I worked on the Salesforce integration, the Autoship engine and its reporting, per-customer product lists, and the order and customer APIs the brand's other systems use.
03
Outcome
One Adobe Commerce instance serves 20 regional storefronts in 14 currencies. Every customer gets their own product list, and Autoship orders run on schedule.
Highlights
- Salesforce integration. Connecting the portal with Salesforce.
- Autoship. Automatic repeat orders with saved payment preferences, a validation report and faster regional runs.
- Per-customer product lists. Each instructor or club sees a product list set up for them.
- Checkout. A customised checkout covering local payment methods (Alipay, WeChat, CCAvenue, PagSeguro), purchase orders for clubs and repeat orders.
- Order API. Endpoints to create quotes, assign customers, add products, set payment and place orders, plus credit memos and external order IDs.
