Problem
The brand sells worldwide through its own store, physical shops and online marketplaces. Stock, prices, loyalty points and gift card balances all had to stay in step across those channels and with the ERP, while the store kept up with Adobe Commerce releases.

Approach
I worked on the platform for five years with eCommistry, building the payment, loyalty and ERP integrations, the click and collect flow and the promotion logic, and leading upgrades from 2.4.2 through to 2.4.7.

Outcome
One Adobe Commerce codebase handles loyalty, gift cards, click and collect, regional pricing and promotions, with orders and data flowing to Dynamics 365 and the integrations kept stable through each upgrade.
Highlights
- Adyen payments. Cards, Apple Pay and the other Adyen methods, including the edge cases around billing address changes.
- Givex gift cards. Balance checks, card status updates and admin tools for adjusting amounts.
- Antavo loyalty. Earning and redeeming points in the cart, digital membership wallets, and correct GST and VAT when customers pay partly with points.
- Dynamics 365 through Boomi. Orders and data moving between Adobe Commerce and the ERP.
- Click and collect. Store availability on product pages and handing collection orders to the shops.
- EU product importer. A dedicated product and price import for the European stores.
- Gift with purchase and purchase with purchase. Promotion logic beyond what Adobe Commerce cart rules offer out of the box.
- Country store switcher. Sends shoppers to the right regional store based on their country.
- Avalara. Tax calculation across the brand's regions.
- SearchSpring. Site search and product listings powered by SearchSpring.
- Loqate. Address lookup and validation at checkout.
- Checkout. A heavily customised checkout that brings loyalty points, gift cards, promotions and collection options together.
